We are looking for a highest service standards person to join our Services team in Honolulu. As an Accounting and Business Support Professional, the role is to provide a level of quality customer service unsurpassed in the hospitality industry. Through the establishment and maintenance of excellent client relations, you will act as the ‘face’ of our Service Delivery team at Business Lounge Centre for all of our in-house and external clients. You will also have strong customer service instincts, an eye for detail and a tendency to always go the extra mile for our clients.

Main Areas:


  • Ensures that clients’ requests and demands are met to the best of your professional ability. This includes handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback.
  • Develop rapport and professional business relationships with fellow colleagues and clients
  • Coordinate Client Work, Schedules and Communication with Clients (Jpn/Eng)
  • Retrieve Information and Documentation from Clients
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting
  • Prepares and Presents Financial Statements
  • Coordinates / Manages Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Administers / Coordinates Accounts Payable Processing

Requirements:
  •  A minimum of three years  of accounting, payroll and possibly other business support and administrative experience gained in a professional firm in Japan or USA
  • Format accounting certification / education desired
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with an open mind to changes
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure, juggling a variety of tasks
  • Fluency in English and Japanese
  • Good telephone manner and ability to perform secretarial tasks under deadlines
  • Able to handle correspondences and inquiries
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and accounting / payroll software(s)
  • Able to work overtime occasionally
